Cancellation of order, return, exchange
- When you have not yet received the order and wish to cancel it, we urge you to email info(ad)selectedshorts.com immediately. You will be notified as soon as possible when your order has been cancelled.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to the below address. The returned DVDs will only be accepted when returned in original condition and package. If the cellophane wrapping has been opened or removed, the DVDs will not be taken back. The return address is: Selected Shorts, Naamsestraat 96, 3000 Leuven.
- Received DVDs cannot be exchanged.
- If after receipt you have trouble playing your DVDs, please ensure that the fault does not lie with your DVD player by, for example, attempting to play the DVDs using another DVD player. Should it turn out that it is the DVD disc itself that is flawed, please return it to Selected Shorts. We will send you a new disc free of charge as soon as possible.
Shipment
- Once we have received your payment, we will ship your order within 5 working days. The actual arrival date of your order depends on the method of shipment (see below). Payment with an (international) bank transfer takes longer considering the time required for the money to be transferred into our account. National transfers take approximately 3 days; international transfers may take up to 7 days.
